Abortion
Abortion is murder, plain and simple. In Proverbs 6, scripture lists 7 things that God hates, which are abominations in His sight. Abortion is perhaps the most heinouos, specific violation of Proverbs 6:17, which lists "...hands that shed innocent blood..." Abortions are a bloody dismemberment of the unborn baby. Abortions are a vile, sadistic, demonic act of deceived persons with seared consciences. Abortion allows legal demonic oppression to operate in the land.
The shedding of innocent blood defiles the land (Psalm 106:37,38). It has spiritual implications that are multiplied throughout the culture. Think about these developments, these "signposts" of a collapsing culture over the last four decades: The government removes prayer from public school in 1963, sexual immorality explodes, a decade later, abortion is "legalized" by an unelected Supreme Court in Roe V Wade, violence begins to rise throughout society, then comes the shock of the Columbine massacre, and now, school shootings and even sex between teachers and underaged students is becoming almost common place. Lawlessness increasing continually, even "logarithmically."
Abortion is a demonic sacrement. Spiritually speaking, it is essentially a sacrifice. One can see the literal anger in some of its strongest proponents when any "restriction" on abortion is discussed. The very act of abortion strengthens the spirit of lawlessness, resulting in increasing murder, idolatry, immorality and death!
Abortion is also a violation of the principles our nation was founded on. It is clear from any honest reading of the Declaration of Independence that we are created beings, and have a right to "LIFE, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness." It may be "legal," via the heinous illogic and hyperextended imagination of a spiritually blind and Constitutionally and Biblically illiterate Supreme Court, but it is still immoral and lawless in the eyes of God.
No temporal law or judgment of man will ever supercede the eternal laws of God! It is monumentally stupid - even reaching a new level of insanity - to believe it possible! To attempt it causes each of us to suffer the consequences.
NOTE: There is grace and forgiveness through Jesus Christ and His atoning sacrifice at Calvary for any sin, including that of abortion. Any genuinely repentant person can be forgiven, and can be totally healed and delivered from any and all woundedness or harm suffered due to participation in an abortion in any way.
